Meet Lynne and Becca
Lynne and Becca Sloane are a mother/daughter duo who are excited to bring the luxury shopping experience of finding a bridal gown right to the heart of Temple, Texas.
Throughout most of Becca's college career at Texas A&M University and the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, she fell in love with the bridal industry while having the opportunity to work at various bridal shops. After graduating and settling in Belton, Becca saw the need for a premiere bridal boutique in the area. With the desire to dive back into the industry, Becca quickly recruited the help of her mom to bring her dream to life.
As of opening in July of 2023, they are thrilled by all of the support that they have received and are excited to help brides across Central Texas and beyond find their dream dress!

The Boutique
Lagniappe Bridal Boutique is conveniently located right in the heart of Downtown Temple. Nestled under the historic Kyle Hotel, right on Main Street, we are proud to be part of the city's downtown revitalization!
Our space ties old world charm with modern touches. We boast two private bridal suites where brides and their parties will be matched with a personal stylist, have their own dressing room and given complimentary champagne!

So what is "lagniappe?"
As we stated above, we strive to tie in old world charm with modern touches. Lynne, being originally from Louisiana, gave us the perfect opportunity and idea on how that starts with our name. Lagniappe, pronounced (lan-yap), is a French-Creole word used when merchants throw in "a little something extra." Think of it as a southern way to describe a baker's dozen!
We want our brides to know that when they come to us, they're going to receive a little something extra! This can be seen in our service, the variety of our gowns, the complimentary champagne, and so much more!
